Passion Project

1) I am doing a bake sale with my friend and donating all the money earned to an lgbt charity. At first we were going to interview a bunch of people from the lgbt community on their experiences, but now we're doing a bake sale. 2) We need to contact Dr. Bonneville and ask her if we could do the sale at lunches. We need to gather the materials needed to bake everything, and we need to figure out the prices of everything. Then we need to actually do the sale. 3) We could photograph the items after they're baked and record how much money we earn. 4) We going to make a powerpoint on our progress and send it to Mr. B.G. 5) We have not started on the project yet but will email Dr. Bonneville soon.

Next Step Results

Before we answer the questions, we decided to change our idea, and now we're going to do a bake sale for an LGBT organization

No, I absolutely do not agree. Just because I have poor time management skills does not mean I'm lazy or neglectful.

4. What are two things you may need to modify or change in order to make better use of your time and accomplish your priorities?

I need to spend less time being anxious and more time on homework.

5. If you had one extra hour in the day, what would you do ?

I would focus that hour on studying, because I don't spend enough time on that.

Passion Project

For my passion project, I’m teaming up with my best friend to do something we’re passionate about. We’re planning on going to GSAs, LGBT clubs, and transgender support groups, in order to interview a few people there of different backgrounds, genders, sexualities, etc. We plan to interview them about their experiences amd hardships in being LGBT. We also plan to vlog the experience.

Organizational Status Reflection

A) In terms of organization, on a scale from 1-5, I would say a solid 2, because while my stuff may look messy, it's an organized mess, in that I know where everything is. As long as I know where important thing are, I feel good.

B) For homework assignments, I use my school agenda, and for other things I use a calendar in my room. I use the agenda to mark down homework as it is assigned, and I use the calendar to mark rehearsals, concerts, doctor's appointments, personal commitments, etc.

C) I update my agenda a few times a day, as homework is assigned and deadlines are announced. I update my calendar as soon as I get home.

D) My system works quite well, as everything has a date. I don't usually miss assignments

E) I would say I fall under 4 on that scale, because I am usually able to find handouts easily, unless they fall out of my folder. I keep everything organized in several folders and a binder.

F) The habit that would benefit me the most would be to toss and purge routinely. I tend to hoard and things become cluttered.
